INC QV is the elegant built-in version of the Gusto oven, retaining all the distinctive features of the original model, including the CLEVER ventilation system. The structure is completed with cast iron doors and heatresistant handles, combining design and safety.

The real innovation is digital control: the analogue thermometer and timer have been replaced by a modern, intuitive display, which allows you to monitor the temperature, set cooking times, switch on the internal light and fan, which has three speeds designed to adapt the power to different oven sizes. The display also has two jack connections for connecting probes to monitor the temperature of food during cooking.
