Rosso evolves without losing its identity. The outer casing is made of powder-coated, galvanized steel, while the cast-iron door and high-temperature-resistant handles ensure durability and safe operation.

The real innovation is the digital control system: the analogue thermometer and timer have been replaced with a modern, intuitive display. It lets you control the temperature, set baking times, switch on the internal light, and activate the fan. The fan features three speed settings, designed to match airflow power to different oven sizes.

The display also includes two jack ports for connecting probes, allowing you to monitor the internal temperature of your dishes during cooking. Inside, the CLEVER ventilation system enables baking on five different levels, delivering even heat distribution and consistently excellent results.
